A picture converter interface.

Return true if the converter is active1.

convert

public boolean convert(PictureHandler handler,
                       java.lang.String basePath,
                       boolean saveSize)

Try to convert a picture and return true if a conversion successful. The picture path is a concatenation of the basePath (maybe, an empty string) and a file path in the picture URL. If conversion successful, the picture URL should be changed and a previous picture should be removed. It is recommended to save the new picture in the same location and change its extension only. If the location of the new picture does not changed, its URL must be prepared in the relative form without basePath. If the saveSize parameter is true, the actual picture size in twips cannot be changed in conversion. The required actual size is calculated using picture size and scaling parameters.
