What is RTF TO XML

RTF TO XML converts files prepared in Rich Text Format (RTF) to well-formed XML conforming with the XSL FO specification 1.0 (http://www.w3.org/TR/xsl/slice6.html). The RTF format is widely used in many applications, e.g. MicrosoftR Word documents can be saved in RTF format.
