What Operating System and software is required for running RTF TO XML?

RTF TO XML is a pure Java application. It runs under any operating system having JavaT 2 Runtime Environment (JRE 1.2 or higher) or JavaT 2 Platform (JDK 1.2 or higher) installed (http://java.sun.com/products/). JDK/JRE 1.3 or higher is recommended. Other products required for RTF TO XML are included into the distribution package.
